Chad Denhart is the person on the FL Outdoor team who makes sure what gets promised actually gets built right. As Chief Construction Consultant, he brings a deep command of outdoor construction — the materials, the code requirements, the sequencing, and the details that determine whether an installation holds up through a South Florida summer or a named storm. Chad works across both the sales and installation sides of the business, closing the distance between what a homeowner was told and what shows up on the day of the job. He has one standard: the build either meets it or it doesn’t. There’s no in-between.
